What is Rope Flow?
The Flow Rope is a modern functional training tool that teaches the body how to integrate the upper and lower body into one connected system.
It’s an incredible rotational training tool for restoring mobility and movement through the shoulders, rib cage, and hips.
By practicing a wide range of cyclical movement patterns, you’ll improve your biomechanics, coordination, balance, and overall physical conditioning.
All of the techniques within Rope Flow are based on athletic movement patterns, meaning their benefits naturally carry over into everyday movement and locomotion - walking becomes more natural, running feels smoother, and throwing movements become more effortless.
The rope is also an ideal tool for entering flow state: a state of presence, focus, and complete immersion in movement.
